Roles & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end current product development (NPD) from concept to production
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify current product ideas
Create product designs, CAD drawings, and prototypes
Work with R&D;, marketing, production, and suppliers for development and launch
Handle material selection, packaging design, and feasibility checks
Assist in testing, trials, validation, and quality checks
Ensure products meet cost, quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Support BOM (Bill of Materials), documentation, and technical reports
Participate in pilot production and resolve design/manufacturing issues
Track project timelines and support smooth product launch
