Job Title: STP Operator (Sewage Treatment Plant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced STP Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in wastewater treatment operations, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) on a daily basis.
Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, valves, filters, and dosing systems.
Check and record operational parameters such as pH, DO, TDS, MLSS, flow rate, and chlorine levels.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
Ensure proper chemical dosing and treatment process efficiency.
Maintain daily logbooks, operational records, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and repairs.




Ensure protected handling of chemicals and adherence to environmental regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the STP area.

Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an STP/ETP/WTP Operator.
Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and plant operations.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Basic troubleshooting and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of STP equipment and water quality testing.
Understanding of safety procedures and environmental compliance.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
