We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and sales to join our growing Affiliate Sales team.
Review and evaluate inbound affiliate registrations.
Identify and acquire new affiliate partners through LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, and online research.
Reach out to prospective affiliates via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to onboard them.
Build and maintain solid relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.
Understand affiliate traffic sources and recommend suitable campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of affiliate interactions in CRM and Trackier.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign activation, tracking, and issue resolution.
Follow up with inactive affiliates and drive activation.
Monitor affiliate performance and share insights with reporting managers.
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, digital advertising, and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned acquisition and activation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements Post Graduate.
0–1 year of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interest in Digital Sales and Affiliate Marketing.
Basic understanding of online marketing is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be a plus.
