Job Summary

We are hiring Email Support Executives to provide prompt and qualified customer support through email. Candidates should possess excellent written English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
