Pro Migration is hiring enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented Telecaller Sales Executives to join our growing immigration consultancy team. We welcome both freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and customer service, as well as experienced candidates with a background in telecalling, sales, or the immigration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Explain immigration, study visa, visitor visa, work permit, and PR services to clients.
Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable guidance regarding immigration programs.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for counselors.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams for smooth client processing.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the immigration industry will be given preference.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
