Position: Manager / Lead - Production

Job Description:

Looking After Manufacturing, Assistance with Staff, Overseeing All Production Activities, Inventory Management, Safety, General day-to-day Operations, 5S, Implementation of positive manufacturing practices, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure production is running as per the production plan & Monitoring production eAiciency in diAerent sections.

 To maintain Overall Equipment EAiciency (OEE) in diAerent sections.

 Review monthly departmental performance and ensure the updating of all documents related to the Production Shop Floor Management Manual and ISO.

 Daily monitoring of production processes and productivity to ensure the produced product meets Quality Standards.  Implement automation in all possible areas by reducing human intervention

 Ensure effective utilisation of raw materials (RMN Material).

 Provide a timely Tentative Date of Dispatch (TDOD)



based on standing stock and lead time.

 Preparing MIS reports and other required reports and ensuring timely submission of the Monthly Presentation.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates (below 40 years)

 Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as below:

o 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

o 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

o 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
