Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures.
Lead time and motion studies, establish standard time for all operations.
Implement lean manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Poka-Yoke.
Optimize material flow, layout, and workstation ergonomics to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
Capacity & Manpower Planning
Develop and maintain plant capacity models based on customer demand and production plans.
Plan and optimize manpower deployment for various operations to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate line balancing and introduce automation where feasible.
Cost Reduction
Drive initiatives for cost savings through process improvements, layout changes, and energy optimization.
Monitor manufacturing cost per unit and implement projects to reduce conversion cost.




Current Model / Project Support
Support NPI (Recent Product Introduction) and localization projects by defining process flow, layout, and equipment requirements.
Validate process capability and ensure industrialization readiness before SOP (Start of Production).
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track OEE, productivity metrics, and efficiency KPIs on a regular basis.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly IE performance reports and present improvement actions.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and HR for smooth implementation of IE initiatives.
Support HR in manpower budgeting and productivity-based incentive systems.
