We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who has experience in the field of CHEMICALS INDUSTRY. Our products are sold to manufacturers of APIs, Agrochemicals, Animal Nutrition, and Dyes. We also have formulations that are marketed to Rubber Farmers and leather Tanneries, and we are shortly launching a range of products for sale as PGRs (Plant Growth Regulators). Experience in marketing in Agricultural Areas would be an added advantage.
A person should have experience in Data Mining to locate recent customers and new applications for our products, the Capability to interact with Customers in India & abroad and if he has a network of contacts in our business area it would be helpful.
Person should be able to set up the Sales & Marketing system for both B2B Sales as well as B2C sales.
· Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and by email.
· Preparing and sending, Offer & quotes.
.Prepare weekly Sales Reports.
· Sales dispatch scheduling and planning/Coordinate with stores and the Production
department.
· Follow-ups for payment.
· Maintaining all records of sales according to ISO Audit 9001 and GMP
· Preparing Performa Invoice.
· Completing the VQ documentation process/Arranging samples if needed by the client.
· Any online price bidding.
· Participating in sales team meetings.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
· Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone
calls and emails
· Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for current business.
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
