Role Summary

We are hiring a result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive responsible for getting birthday party bookings, closing outdoor event orders, and creating tie-ups with cafés, schools, clubs, and societies. The role focuses on revenue generation through partnerships, rentals, and event sales.

Key Responsibilities

Birthday Party Sales
Generate and close birthday party bookings for the play area
Coordinate with parents, societies, and communities for party enquiries
Explain party packages, upsell add-ons, and close deals

Outdoor Events & Equipment Rentals
Get outdoor event bookings (schools, societies, exhibitions, festivals)
Sell play equipment rentals for events and pop-ups
Coordinate site visits and requirements with clients

Tie-ups & Partnerships
Create tie-ups with cafés, schools, clubs, and societies
Plan joint events, activity days, and weekend programs




Maintain relationships for repeat and bulk bookings

Field Marketing & Lead Generation
Conduct regular field visits and meetings
Promote services through references, visits, and collaborations
Generate leads through offline and local marketing efforts

Follow-ups & Closures
Aggressive follow-ups on enquiries
Manage booking confirmations, advances, and schedules
Ensure smooth handover to operations team

Reporting
Maintain daily lead and visit reports
Track bookings, conversions, and revenue
Share weekly performance updates

Requirements
2–5 years experience in sales, events, or field marketing
Solid communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with targets and field work
Ability to coordinate multiple events and clients
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
