Role & responsibilities -

Venue Sourcing & Booking
Source and secure suitable venues for corporate events globally.
Handle venue inquiries, availability checks, reservations, and confirmations.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with hotels and venue partners.
Maintain an updated database of approved venues and preferred vendor partners.

Client & Internal Coordination
Collaborate with the Sales and Client Servicing teams to understand event objectives, budgets, and operational requirements.
Recommend venue options based on event specifications, location, capacity, and budget.
Prepare venue proposals, quotations, contracts, and booking documentation.

Venue Operations & Event Support
Coordinate with venue teams to ensure all event requirements are fulfilled prior to the event.
Liaise with catering, housekeeping, security, technical, and operations teams for seamless execution.




Resolve venue-related operational issues before and during events.
Ensure service standards and contractual commitments are met.

Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, banquet venues, convention centres, stadiums, and entertainment venues.
Conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings with hotel and venue partners.
Stay updated on current venue offerings, renovations, pricing trends, and service capabilities.
Conduct venue inspections and familiarisation visits where required.

Systems & Reporting
Maintain accurate booking records and vendor information through the company's CRM system.
Track venue costs, contracts, and payment schedules.
Generate periodic reports on bookings, vendor performance, and cost efficiencies.
