Install, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, VRF/VRV, package units, and central air conditioning systems.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per the maintenance schedule.

Check refrigerant pressure, detect gas leaks, and perform refrigerant charging/recovery.

Clean indoor and outdoor units, filters, coils, drain lines, blowers, and condensers.

Replace defective components such as compressors, capacitors, contactors, relays, fan motors, thermostats, and sensors.

Monitor system performance and ensure effective cooling.

Attend breakdown complaints and restore equipment within the required response time.

Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and equipment history.

Maintain proper housekeeping of work areas and tools.

Required Skills





Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.

Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

Knowledge of refrigerants, compressors, control circuits, and HVAC components.

Proficient in using electrical testing instruments and HVAC service tools.

Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valuable communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

HVAC certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
