Ashoka Bearing Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive retail sales while maintaining robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse for material availability and dispatch.
Maintain product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Ensure proper display and organization of products in the showroom.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in retail sales, industrial products, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
