About the Role:
UIDM is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Counsellorto guide prospective students, manage inquiries, and support the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally.
Guide students and parents through the admission process.
Follow up with leads and maintain inquiry records.
Conduct counselling sessions and provide accurate course information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission procedures.
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Achieve admission and counselling targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and counselling abilities.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of admissions or educational counselling preferred.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
