OpenShift & Bare Metal SRE (Solution-Focused)

For this role, we are looking for a Solution Provider rather than just a profile matched with AWS/Ansible tags. The focus is on OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and Bare Metal foundations.
The Approach: Prioritize candidates who understand the "Why" behind On Premises and OpenShift VM management. We need SRE who demonstrate ownership and a "solution-first" mindset.
Core Competencies
Deep knowledge of OpenShift Operator lifecycles and application deployment patterns.
Robust Leadership & Behavioral Qualities: Ability to navigate complex settings and act as a technical consultant.
Note: Specific tools (Ansible/GoLang) are secondary; we believe the right architectural mind can upskill on tools quickly.
