Role & responsibilities:
Deployed in Production Line as operator and also deploy in other departments like quality control, Maintenance and stores & Logistics
Assist in monitoring daily production activities and achieving production targets.
Support supervisors in maintaining smooth operation of production lines.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions.
Record production data, machine downtime, and rejection details.
Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.
Follow ISO/IATF procedures and company policies.
Support current product trials and process improvements.
