Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI, and statutory healthcare standards.
Develop, review, and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality protocols.
Conduct internal quality audits and compliance assessments.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare quality reports.
Investigate incidents, patient complaints, and non-conformities.
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Coordinate accreditation activities and documentation.
Conduct quality and patient safety training for hospital staff.
Perform risk assessments and support continuous process improvements.
Monitor infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality indicators.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve service quality.
Ensure proper documentation and record management.





Required Skills
Knowledge of NABH, NABL, JCI, ISO 9001, and healthcare quality standards.
Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and patient safety.
Excellent documentation and audit skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification
B.Sc / M.Sc (Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences)
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
BPT / MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration)
Any relevant healthcare qualification.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
