Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Kochi. The Student Counselor will engage with students to provide guidance on education and career paths, assist in selecting appropriate courses and institutions, and answer queries about global educational opportunities. The role involves understanding student aspirations, offering tailored advice,
and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive and motivating experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support academic and career planning efforts
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to actively listen and provide transparent, actionable guidance
Strong Customer Service skills to create a supportive and professional experience for students
Knowledge of the Education sector and global study destinations
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student profiles effectively
Empathy and emotional intelligence to address individual student needs and aspirations
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage
