Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations across Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building a high-performing sales team, and strengthening relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and channel partners across the state.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company's sales operations across Bihar.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Build robust relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
Identify and develop current business opportunities across residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
Drive dealer and channel partner expansion across key markets in Bihar.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, conversions, and market trends.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Coordinate with design, estimation, production,



and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value projects.
Review pricing, margins, and business performance to ensure sustainable growth.
Prepare regular MIS reports and provide strategic inputs to management.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
510 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Aluminium Systems, UPVC, Glass, Faade, Architectural Products, Construction Materials, Hardware, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Paints, Electricals, or related industries.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
Solid network with builders, architects, developers, consultants, and channel partners across Bihar will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.
