Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: Bengaluru

Compensation:25 LPA 40 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Work Schedule:6 Days | Work from Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and result-oriented Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and drive the organization's brand, digital presence, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign management, and team leadership, with the ability to execute cutting-edge marketing initiatives that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead brand positioning, awareness, and reputation management across digital and offline channels.
Drive Digital Marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Collaborate with creative, content, design, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing analytics,



and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Build strategic partnerships, media relations, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
Work closely with the Chairman and leadership team to achieve long-term business and branding objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, and Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Robust expertise in Brand Management, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
