Position: Branch Manager
Location: Bhiwani, Haryana

Role Purpose

The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving overall branch performance by achieving business targets, managing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering superior customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Drive branch business across liabilities, assets, third-party products, and retail banking services.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and operational risk.
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, audit, and compliance requirements.
Resolve customer escalations promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Develop business through local market penetration, community engagement, and relationship management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria




Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Postgraduate preferred).
5–10 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2–3 years of branch management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Robust leadership, people management, and customer relationship skills.
Sound understanding of banking products, branch operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirement
Candidate must be a local resident of Bhiwani, Haryana.
Solid knowledge of the local market and an established network within the region will be preferred.
