Are you experienced in U.S. trucking compliance and DOT regulations? We're looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional to join our growing operations team supporting heavy-civil and public works projects across the United States.
Key responsibilities include:
Driver Qualification (DQ) File Management
Hours of Service (HOS) Monitoring & GPS Reconciliation
DVIR Tracking & Compliance Recordkeeping
Driver Onboarding & Documentation Verification
FMCSA Clearinghouse Queries & Drug Testing Coordination
Audit Support for DOT, CHP, and Insurance Reviews
CDL and Medical Card Expiry Tracking
What we're looking for:
Prior experience in U.S. Trucking / DOT Compliance / Fleet Compliance
Experience with Samsara, CDLSuite, or similar compliance platforms preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills
