Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute to the centralized procurement team for Yalamanchili across multiple branches and business verticals, including General Administration, Software Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Electronics ,Electrical, Training, and Engineering Design (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Structural, Robotics).
Understand purchase requirements from various teams by analysing specifications, technical details, and the purpose of procurement to make informed decisions.
Source vendors and suppliers globally, with travel to vendor sites, warehouses, and dispatch locations when necessary.
Conduct stringent vendor evaluations, implement registration processes, and ensure reliable supplier partnerships.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies,



maintaining impartiality and fairness in all procurement activities.
Uphold transparency in procurement processes, strictly adhering to organizational regulations.
Build and sustain long-term, qualified relationships with suppliers that advantage all parties involved.
Verify procured items physically to ensure accurate delivery of materials at the right time and location, including visits to processing and manufacturing units.
Develop and implement supplier terms and conditions aligned with industry standards and fair practices.
Prepare and release RFPs, organize vendor qualification meets, evaluate proposals, and finalize vendor selections.
