We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Incharge to join our team at SCC Greater Noida, responsible for managing the warehouse and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with teams to ensure productive logistics and supply chain management.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet company standards.
Analyze and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with M2A is an added advantage.
