Handle customer queries through non-voice support channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
Document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.

Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Eligibility:
Good verbal and written communication skills.




Customer service experience is preferred (freshers may apply if eligible).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Details:
Location: Site A40
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (including graveyard shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 10 hours per shift
Compensation: CTC with Fixed Pay + Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)
