Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently working as an OpenAir - NetSuite Admin
Has 4+ Years of Experience in Open Air - NetSuite
Maintains, configures, and optimizes OpenAir and NetSuite settings to align with business needs, including managing user roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards
Serves as the primary point of contact for user support and troubleshooting related to both platforms, resolving system issues, and escalating tickets as needed
Monitors system performance, ensuring uptime and stability,



and identifies opportunities to improve system processes through automation or configuration updates

What the Role Involves

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will:
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.
Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.
Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.
Document requirements, process, and user documentation.
Design business processes and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.
Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations.
