Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services
Acquire recent customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment portfolios including Lockers and Deposits
Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.
Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients
Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.
Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.




Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

Requirements:
Presentable and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A team player with a customer-centric approach
Basic Selling Skills
Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and principles
Local language proficiency and mobility.

Experience:

Ø 2 + year of Financial Products & Services sales experience

Education:

Ø Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
