Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, analyzing, and scaling campaigns to generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions while maintaining target ROAS and CPA.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
Monitor daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.





Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with Meta Pixel and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
