Roles Responsibilities
Make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
Achieve the target on a daily / weekly basis.
Convert leads to customer site visits.
Explain our projects in detail to the customers.
Answer customer queries promptly and co-ordinate with the sales team to fix appointments.
Address customers concerns and suggest the respective product.
Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.
Desired Skills
5+ years hardcore tele-sales experience in outbound calls (product selling).
Preferably from the Real Estate industry.
Should have worked in a sales target / result oriented workplace.
Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
Should have very positive convincing skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Tamil or be multilingual.
