We are seeking experienced DC Ops Managers to oversee data center operations, ensure SLA compliance, manage daily BAU activities, and lead infrastructure operations teams in a managed services setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish SLA reports for review by the DC Manager
Manage server inventory and asset tracking
Oversee infrastructure operations, support, and maintenance services
Guide and support team members in incident resolution, call closure, and escalations
Coordinate with teams to ensure change implementation and closure
Track and resolve daily operational issues by coordinating with customer SMEs
Monitor and report on compliance and governance activities
Manage server commissioning and decommissioning activities and updates




Oversee daily BAU operations, including incident allocation and workload management
Publish weekly and monthly dashboards for all managed services

Tools Technologies
Strong knowledge of Data Center Operations and Cloud Technologies
Experience with Automation tools and ITIL processes

Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Certification

Desired Skills
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Experience in managed services or enterprise data center settings
