The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, expense record maintenance, reconciliations, payroll support, advance settlements, purchase record coordination, MIS reporting, and proper accounting documentation. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and smooth coordination between finance, purchase, payroll, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities -
Process vendor invoices and track payment status to ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
Perform account reconciliations and highlight any discrepancies for resolution.
Support payroll processing by coordinating required inputs and documentation.
Track employee advances, reimbursements, and settlements.
Coordinate and maintain purchase-related records, invoices, and approvals.
Prepare and generate MIS reports as required by management.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure records are updated, organized, and audit-ready.
