We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and driving measurable business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns that generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). If you enjoy analyzing data, experimenting with new strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
Create and optimize lead generation, website traffic, e-commerce, and brand awareness campaigns.
Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel,



and conversion tracking.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the content, design, and video teams to create high-converting creatives.
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
Stay updated with the latest advertising platform updates, trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Valuable understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and event setup.
Understanding of keyword research and audience segmentation.
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and campaign optimization abilities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
