We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to build robust industry relationships and provide placement prospects for students. The ideal candidate will coordinate recruitment drives, support students with placement activities, and ensure successful career outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Identify placement opportunities for students across various industries.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.
Schedule interviews and communicate with students and employers.
Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career guidance.
Track student placements and maintain placement records.
Conduct employer follow-ups and gather recruitment feedback.
Organize career development workshops and placement-related events.
Collaborate with academic and training teams to improve student employability.
Achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
