Role & Responsibilities
Assist therapists and special educators during therapy and classroom sessions for children with special needs.
Support children in learning, communication, play, and daily activities under supervision.
Prepare and organize therapy materials and teaching aids.
Record session observations and maintain basic documentation.
Help create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning workplace.
Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and Special Educators.
Participate in training programs and develop professional skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech & Hearing, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or any related field.
Passion for working with children with special needs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, willing to learn, and a positive team player.
Basic computer skills are desirable.
