Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial real estate sector
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions




Present and demonstrate properties to clients, highlighting key features and advantages
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
