About the Role
We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our Finance team.
Responsibilities
Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Record sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.
Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Support GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain financial data.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Assist the senior accountant with daily accounting activities and month-end tasks.
Requirements
B.Com graduate or final-year Commerce student.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Tally is preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
