Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with a robust background in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive implementation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions directly. This role requires a professional who can deliver end-to-end SAP CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP CO implementations, with at least 3–4 full lifecycle projects completed.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Configure and customize SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
Provide functional expertise in integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).
Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP CO processes.
Prepare documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Support testing,



go-live, and post-implementation activities, ensuring business continuity.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Stay updated on SAP best practices and Oil & Gas industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of overall experience, with strong expertise in SAP CO.
At least 3–4 full-cycle SAP CO implementations.
Domain expertise in Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of cost accounting, profitability analysis, and product costing.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience in integration with other SAP modules.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance/Controlling.
Experience in global implementations or multi-country rollouts.
Knowledge of industry-specific solutions for Oil & Gas.
