Lead the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements including GST, TDS & labour laws.
Present on a monthly basis, financial reports and forecasts to the Management, articulating the financial position and strategic recommendations.
Manage the Annual budgeting process and periodic monitoring of adherence to the same. Timely information to Management on areas deviating from budgets
Drive cost management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance profitability.
Co-ordinating and timely completion of Internal Audit & Statutory Audit of the Company
Co-ordinating and handling of notices / audits by GST, IT, BIS and other statutory bodies
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, demonstrating a track record of success in financial management.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Exceptional analytical skills,



with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.
Experience with financial software and tools, enhancing reporting and analysis capabilities.
Relevant industry certifications e.g., CA, CA (Inter), CMA, CMA(Inter), CS, CS(Inter), CPA, CFA etc
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, dynamic setting, adapting to changing business needs.
Commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
