Role Objective:

Efficiently recover outstanding payments from insurance companies and payers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applicants should have valuable knowledge of denial management and AR scenarios
Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
Minimum 7+ months of mandatory AR RCM experience
Undergraduate with 12+ months of experience
Good Communication skills (both written & Verbal)
Applicants should be willing to work from office and operate in night shifts

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute.
Valuable analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valuable communication Skills (both written & verbal)

Skill Set:
Candidate should have good healthcare knowledge.
Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid.
Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
