Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Experience in sourcing through Naukri and other job portals.
Strong screening and interview coordination skills.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment may also apply.
