Job description for Community & Influencer Manager for Dwarka secto-14, New Delhi location

Role & responsibilities :

· Oversees all company social media accounts management

· Researching and identifying potential influencers in the beauty and skincare industry

· Developing and managing influencer partnerships and collaborations

· Overseeing the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns

· Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign results to measure effectiveness

· Addressing influencers' concerns and maintaining positive relationships

· Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

· Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes

· Develop content ideas and write and curate content

· Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users

· Brainstorm current, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

· Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers





· Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Preferred candidate profile : The role requires a deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industry, as well as expertise in social media and influencer marketing. It's about creating meaningful relationships with influencers to effectively promote the brand and its products. The candidate must have experience in beauty segment. Local candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Advantages:
