We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives with prior experience in IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business prospects, meeting prospective clients, promoting the company's IT services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role requires extensive field visits within the assigned city and occasional travel outside city limits for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and cold calling.
Visit Government Departments, PSUs, Educational Institutions, Corporate Offices, and Private Organizations.
Promote the company's IT services including:
Cyber Security Services
Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
Website Development
Software Development
Mobile Application Development
e-Office Solutions
Document Management System (DMS)
ERP Solutions
Conduct client meetings and presentations.




Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution preparation.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and networking events whenever required.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
23 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Technology Sales / Cyber Security Sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the city and occasionally outside city limits.
Self-driven with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of Government procurement processes, GeM, tenders, or enterprise sales will be an added advantage.
