We are looking for a Business Operations Junior Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our publication group. This role sits at the center of our editorial and business workflow coordinating between authors, review panel members, and partner colleges to keep every issue and submission on schedule. It's a great fit for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the publication group
Coordinate with review panel members assign papers, track status, and collect feedback on time
Communicate with authors regarding their submissions, revisions, and publication status
Respond promptly and professionally to author queries and college/institutional queries (email, call, chat)
Build and maintain relationships with colleges and academic institutions via email and phone calls
Plan and track the scheduling of journal issues to ensure timely publication
Assign and follow up on tasks given to review panel members
Handle incoming calls from authors,



colleges, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of submissions, reviews, and correspondence
Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize documents, track tasks, and improve day-to-day efficiency

Requirements
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) mandatory
Prior experience or robust working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making and handling phone calls professionally
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders at once
Basic proficiency with email, MS Office/Google Workspace
Prior experience in academic publishing, EdTech, operations, or client coordination is a plus
Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a adaptable/independent setup
Using Canva to design the posters and presentations
