Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
3 -6 years’ application support experience in technical aspects of Infor including:
Infor WFM Data Structure, Integrations
Understanding of Infor WFM configuration
Device management (clocks, web, handheld etc.)
SQL based reporting tools
Basic understanding of J2SE/J2EE/Java Scripts
Cognos report tool (desirable)
Extensive application support experience on Infor WFM, including corrective maintenance and bug fixing around Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person and Functionality access, Wage Adjustments in the following modules:
Infor WFM Time & Attendance: Timesheet Configuration, Pay rules, employee/user set up, security profiles, basic building blocks like – calculation group, pay groups etc.
Infor WFM Accruals: Policy, Entitlements, assignments
Infor WFM Job Scheduling
Infor WFM Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling: Shift Patterns, MVS, LFSO
Infor WFM Integration: Employee Import, Payroll Export, Time Imports etc.
Cognos Report studio, Query Studio
