Role & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor inventory accounting, stock valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
Prepare MIS reports and present financial data to management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accounting records in ERP/Tally systems.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance when required.





Preferred candidate profile
Min 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
