Eligibility
B.Tech / BCA / MCA (2025 & 2026 Passouts)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Hours)
Eagerness to learn and build a career in US Staffing
Key Responsibilities
Learn the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle through structured training.
Recruit for hiring requirements from US-based clients.
Source candidates through job portals,
LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build a robust talent pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
