Medical Centre Operations Supervisor

Location: Lucknow, UP | Permanent

Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day medical centre operations, team performance, manpower planning, service quality, compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage centre operations and a team of 15–40 employees.
Plan staff rosters and manpower based on patient/footfall trends.
Monitor service quality, productivity, SOP and SLA adherence.
Handle customer and operational escalations.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, IT, Medical and other stakeholders.
Prepare MIS, operational, incentive and performance reports.
Identify training needs and support team development.
Ensure regulatory, security, and operational compliance.




Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
5–7 years’ experience in healthcare/medical centre operations.
2–3 years’ supervisory/team management experience.
Robust communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
Hindi/local language proficiency preferred.
Experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or visa medical centres will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹29,834.34 - ₹30,785.87 per month
