Position Summary:

We are looking for a draftsman to join our office. The detailer will work on complex projects across the country. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD and have experience working on a variety of projects. This role requires close collaboration with architects, urban designers, and the design team to create highly accurate technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Good for Construction (GFC) submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
Develop details with a focus on constructability and compliance with building bye-laws.
Understand HCP’s design philosophy for detailing and incorporate it into all project drawings.
Develop a customized working drawing list for each project.





Education:
ITI / Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship
Certification in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD

Experience:
Years: 3 to 5 years
Industry: Architecture / Urban Design

Skills (Mandatory):
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of building bye-laws and constructability.
Ability to produce detailed drawings with precision and clarity.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative workplace .
Robust time and priority management skills.
Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

Skills (Preferred):
Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop.
