Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The role involves assisting with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. This internship is ideal for someone eager to build a solid foundation in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Support
Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, Linkedin, social media, and internal databases.
Build and maintain an active candidate database for future hiring needs.
Screening & Coordination
Conduct initial resume screenings based on job requirements.
Support in shortlisting candidates for interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication
Reach out to candidates via phone or email for initial discussions
Share job details, clarify doubts, and confirm availability.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




Support the TA team with daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
