Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Ocean / Air shipment operations.
Ensure timely execution of shipments in line with customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers, carriers, airlines, overseas offices, and internal teams.
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure adherence to service standards.
Identify and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
Lead and support the operations team to maintain high service quality.




Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Requirements
4–5 years of relevant experience in Ocean / Air Operations.
Robust knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping procedures.
Good understanding of shipment coordination and operational processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced logistics environment.
