Role Description
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site position beginning 1st August 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws, and supporting the organization's continued growth by building and maintaining an engaged workforce.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
Assist with employee training, development, and orientation programs.
Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and management updates.
Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role is preferred.
Robust understanding of Human Resource Management principles and HR best practices.
Experience in HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR information systems.
Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and Indian labor laws.
Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance-handling skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is preferred.
